Council meetings are held every fourth Monday of the month at City Hall, 326 N. Main. To be put on the Agenda if you have a question or issue to discuss with the Council please call the City Clerk by the Wednesday morning prior to the meeting. All meetings are open to the public, you are welcome to attend. The Agenda will be posted on the bulletin board outside of City Hall by the Thursday prior to the meeting.

Mr. Molitor was sworn in and took office on October 27, 2025.
Hollie Martin
Ms. Martin was elected and took office on December 9, 2024.
Jennifer McGaffin
Ms. McGaffin was elected and took office on December 9, 2019 and continues to serve.
Mr. Smith was elected and took office on December 11, 2023 and continues to serve.
Leonard Rau
Mr. Rau was elected and took office on December 13, 2021 and continues to serve.
Scott Harris has lived in Kansas since 1997 and became an Andale area resident in 2003. He received his Master of Business Administration from Newman University and began working as a patrol officer for Andale police department in 2015 then promoted to Sergeant. Scott also serves in a neighboring community as a Deputy Chief of Police. Some of his credentials include federal instructor certification in the areas of firearms, basic tactical medical, active shooter, and use of force. He instructs classes for concealed carry, home defense, aerosol chemical agent, and firearms trainer for Kansas private detectives.
Through leadership and dedication, Scott continues to serve and train other police agencies to achieve their training goals. Scott believes it is a privilege to live amongst and serve the citizens of Andale with honor, integrity and commitment.

Ben Johnson was appointed as the Public Works Director/City Administrator on October 21, 2024.

Patty Hein became the city clerk in July of 2015. She has lived in Andale most of her life along with her husband and ten children. They currently reside just west of town on her husband's family farm.
Wyatt Carmichael is a dedicated Water/Wastewater Operator for the city, where he has worked since August, 2023. A graduate of Haven High School and Hutchinson Community College where he played basketball, and remains a passionate basketball fan. Wyatt is a motorsports enthusiast and Kansas Jayhawks supporter, and brings that same passion to work.
Harold Flaigle was appointed Municipal Court Judge for the City of Andale in May, 2021.
Gibson Watson Marino Attorneys At Law was appointed as the City's legal counsel by Mayor Cawood on October 30, 2019.
